Thank a Veteran in writing.

We have a lot of veterans in this community to Thank and one really good way to do so is in writing.

A letter is better but a card is nice too. Most of us personally know someone who has served and can easily locate them to send a mailing. 


However, those who do not know anyone may need to be a little more inventive. Some easy ideas would be to make a sign and display it in the yard or on vehicle. This is not as personal, but will likely still be appreciated. 


Other Options we think will be effective:


Using the link below you can locate you counties VA office and send a letter or card for an unknown veteran who comes in for some other services.

Using the link below locate the closet VA Inpatient Medical Center and send a Thank You/Get Well card to an unknown veteran currently admitted.

You can send these without including your contact information as we do not know who will ultimately share them. We recommend addressing the mailing something to the effect of:


For Any Veteran currently using services
