Check the weekend edition of your local newspaper or the online version for upcoming events. You may also find options thru social media.
What are some drives that are done regularly?
Stuff the bus is done every year prior to the start of the school season in most every locality by one organization or another.
Toys for Tots is done every year prior to the Holiday season. Some are drive thru situations and sometimes there are boxes inside the store.
There are also always organizations holding garage sale or bag sales. Your items can be donated to those organizations prior to the event.
